Resource Accelerated is an organization dedicated to serving residents of North Tulsa, focusing on individuals from birth to 65 years old.This community has historically faced limited access to critical services, including healthcare, education, and housing.

Our Team
Rachel Walker:
Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Rachel Walker, a Tulsa-based mother, entrepreneur, and community leader, has over a decade of experience in Public Health, Housing, and Environmental Health. A Booker T. Washington High alum, she earned degrees from Langston University and Northeastern State University. Passionate about positive change, she remains a dedicated advocate for her community.
Jharai Boyce:
Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer and Resource Advocate
Jharai Boyce, a North Tulsa native and public health professional, is dedicated to uplifting her community. With a Public Health degree from Langston University, she specializes in improving health outcomes and works to expand opportunities in healthcare, education, and housing, ensuring our community thrives.
Megan Buyckes:
Co- Founder, Director of Marketing & Community Outreach
Megan Buyckes, a Tulsa native and Langston University graduate, with over seven years of experience in community outreach. Passionate about empowering families, she is dedicated to providing resources that help underserved communities thrive.
